Services
We're excited to offer a 4-Week Dance Program where students will learn the fundamentals of choreography, explore different dance styles, and build confidence through movement. Our small class sizes allow for individual attention, personalized guidance, and a comfortable environment for every child to learn and grow.
Week 1 (Nov 3): Foundation and Fundamentals of Choreography
Week 2 (Nov 10): Intro to Choreography
Week 3 (Nov 17): Finish Learning Choreography
Week 4 (Nov 24): In-studio video recordings. Adding in students personal styles.
No experience needed, just a love for dance!
Location: The GYST Studio, 11 Raymond Ave, Poughkeepsie NY 12601
Time: Ages 7-10 Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm; Ages 11-14 Tuesdays 6:45pm-7:45pm

Week 3 (Nov 16): Finish Learning Choreography
Week 4 (Nov 23): Performance Day! Showcase everything you've learned in an in-studio recorded performance.
No matter your experience level, this workshop is about stepping outside your comfort zone, connecting with an empowering community of women, and leaving feeling stronger, more confident, and beautifully you.

Time: Every Monday, 5:30pm-6:30pm, starting November 2nd.
*Currently for women only * (Prenatal/Postnatal and Swedish) Experience the luxury of a professional massage in the comfort of your own home. Every session includes individualized therapeutic bodywork, light-assisted stretching, relaxing facial lymphatic drainage, and soothing hot stones leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply relaxed. All massages require a phone call screening. (Prenatal/Postnatal massages should have clearance from their doctor before scheduling).
